Two numbers are given; the same team answers both, so use either. A message sent at night waits until we open and is answered then. If you prefer filling in boxes, the form on this page does the same job and builds the WhatsApp message for you.
Should you rather send an e-mail, the address in the box further down is read by the same people, though a WhatsApp thread is quicker for dates and seat counts.

Five facts that make our first reply useful
A reply with a firm figure needs only a few details. Put them in your first message, in whatever order suits you.
- Dates. The day you would like to board, or the month if you are still deciding. For an open-trip seat, any date you have in mind; we check it against Navila's live calendar.
- Party. How many adults, and the ages of any children. The whole-boat price depends on the band: one to four, five to eight, or nine to twelve.
- Format. The whole boat for a full day, 2D1N, 3D2N or 4D3N, or a cabin seat on the 3D2N open trip.
- Arrival. Your flights into and out of Labuan Bajo and the hotel you have chosen, so the pickup can be timed around them.
- Anything to prepare. A birthday, an anniversary, a dietary need, a cabin you have in mind. Mention it before departure, and our written answer will say what is possible.
You need not have everything settled. A message that says only "four of us, a week in June" is enough to start.
Who replies, and when
Your messages are answered by the reservation team at PT Komodo Explorer Indonesia, the company registered in Labuan Bajo that arranges every Navila booking. Our registration number, NIB 1805260128363, is in the box below, with the address and both WhatsApp numbers.
We reply within our opening hours, daily from 08:00 to 20:00 (WITA). Outside them your message simply waits; nothing is lost.
One rule is there to protect you. Payment details come only on an invoice sent in your own WhatsApp thread, with a single bank account per booking. If a message from any other number asks for money, do not pay; write to the number in this box and we will check it for you.
