The Labuan Bajo open trip on Navila Liveaboard runs three days and two nights on set dates from Navila's live calendar, with cabins sold by the seat. A Private cabin seat costs IDR 7,100,000 (≈ USD 436) per person and a Master seat IDR 8,100,000 (≈ USD 497), two sharing, all-in for 2026. Every seat is confirmed on WhatsApp.
How the three-day open trip works, seat by seat
The open trip follows the 3D2N route and is sold a cabin at a time. Fares are per person, two to a cabin, so a couple buys two seats and someone travelling alone buys one.
Master cabins cost IDR 8,100,000 (≈ USD 497) and Private cabins IDR 7,100,000 (≈ USD 436), both all-in for 2026. Inside the fare sit the cabin, three meals a day, the Labuan Bajo transfer, a guide, and a record of the trip in photographs and video. The park package, for a seat or a charter alike, is settled apart from Navila's price unless your written quote includes it.
How we check your date, live on WhatsApp
Seat availability changes every day: a cabin that is free in the morning can be taken by evening. So we look up the next sailing with you on WhatsApp, per 3 November 2026, rather than print a list that goes out of date, and we name a date only once we have checked it.
If your dates are fixed, send them first; if they are flexible, send a range. We reply with the nearest sailings that still have room, and, if your party is large enough to make it worthwhile, with the whole-boat price as well.
To sail on any day you like, take a charter.

Seats are confirmed in a WhatsApp message before any payment
We confirm your seat on WhatsApp before you pay anything. That message names the date, the cabin, the number of guests and the fare. Only then is the 50 percent deposit due.
What is left falls due 30 days before sailing; cash or the card machine on departure day also works. Each channel has its fee: a card link 3 percent, PayPal 7.2 percent, the card machine 3 percent.
It works this way because seats move and a whole boat does not. Holding a charter is simple; holding a single seat is less so. Confirming first means you never pay for a cabin that has already gone.
A guide and photographs ride along with every seat
An open-trip seat includes two things a charter leaves out: a guide, and photo and video documentation of the trip. Both are in the seat fare. On a charter they count as extras, quoted on request.
Your seat also covers three meals a day, the harbour transfer in Labuan Bajo, towels, life jackets and snorkelling sets, plus coffee, tea, water, snacks and fruit throughout. The park package is not included.
On day one you are met at 09:00 to 09:30, at your hotel or at Komodo Airport, and boarding is between 10:00 and 11:00. On the final day the boat is back in harbour between 12:00 and 13:00, so book your flight home for after 15:00.

Seats in 2027 and the fare they carry
Open-trip seats are sold for 2027 as well. Before you pay, we write to you with the all-in 2027 seat fare for the cabin you choose, since the 2027 fuel charge is added to the base fare.
If you are already planning for 2027, send us the month and the cabin you would like. We reply with that month's sailings and the fare in writing, and hold nothing until you ask us to.

Which days does Navila sail, and is my date free?
Send us the date you have in mind, or a range. We look it up the same day and reply with the nearest sailing that still has a free cabin, and we hold nothing until you say yes.
What does one cabin seat cost per person, all-in?
In 2026 the all-in fare is IDR 8,100,000 (≈ USD 497) per person in a Master cabin and IDR 7,100,000 (≈ USD 436) per person in a Private cabin, two sharing. Your seat carries the guide and documentation; the park package is extra. For 2027, we confirm the all-in fare in writing before you pay.
How far ahead should I book an open-trip seat?
As soon as your dates are settled. Seats change every day, and the cabin you have in mind can go before you ask for it. Send us your range, we will name the nearest sailings with room, and once we have confirmed in writing, the deposit secures your seat.
Do I pay the full fare at once, or a deposit?
A deposit. Once we have confirmed in writing, 50 percent holds the seat. What is left falls due 30 days before sailing; cash or the card machine on departure day also works. Card, PayPal and card-machine payments each carry a fee.
