A private charter in Labuan Bajo on Navila Liveaboard, the whole boat, costs IDR 73,000,000 (≈ USD 4,479) for one to four guests, IDR 77,000,000 (≈ USD 4,724) for five to eight and IDR 82,000,000 (≈ USD 5,031) for nine to twelve, over three days and two nights. That buys all six cabins and the crew of six.
The whole of Navila priced by party band
Chartering Navila means taking the whole boat, for one sum. Within a band the price does not rise with each guest. The full day, with no night aboard, costs IDR 48,500,000 (≈ USD 2,975), and it is the one route that carries up to fifteen guests.
Overnight routes step up by band. Two days and one night start at IDR 58,000,000 (≈ USD 3,558). Three days and two nights are IDR 73,000,000 (≈ USD 4,479), IDR 77,000,000 (≈ USD 4,724) or IDR 82,000,000 (≈ USD 5,031). Four days and three nights run from IDR 97,000,000 (≈ USD 5,951) up to IDR 106,000,000 (≈ USD 6,503) for nine to twelve guests.
Each figure is the boat price, rounded and all-in for the boat. The table below breaks every band down into what each guest pays, from two guests to twelve.
Some costs we keep outside that sum: the park package, a guide with photo and video documentation, drinks, tips and the card fee. They are listed one by one further down. All prices are for 2026 departures.

Twelve on standard beds, fourteen once the extra-guest fee applies
Standard beds take twelve guests. A thirteenth and fourteenth can come at the extra-guest fee, paid per person, sleeping in a Master cabin, since each Master has room for one more. The fee is IDR 4,000,000 (≈ USD 245) per guest on the three-day route, IDR 3,000,000 (≈ USD 184) on two days and IDR 5,000,000 (≈ USD 307) on four.
For the three-day route, thirteen guests pay IDR 86,000,000 (≈ USD 5,276) for the boat and fourteen pay IDR 90,000,000 (≈ USD 5,521). Those sums already include the fee, and you can see how little it moves each person's share.
On charters of six days or longer, twelve is the maximum. Beyond fourteen guests overnight, you would need a second boat.
One limit should be said here as well. Each cabin has a single double bed, so friends who were hoping for separate beds should tell us before booking, and we will reply in writing.

Inside the sum, and beside it
The lists below set out what the band price includes and what stands beside it. Two lines deserve a sentence here. A private-charter price excludes the guide, along with photographs and video of your days; if you want either, we send a separate quote first and arrange nothing until you accept it.
Each payment channel has its fee: a card link 3 percent, PayPal 7.2 percent, and the card machine on departure day 3 percent.
We list these apart on purpose. A total that quietly leaves out the park package looks smaller on screen and bigger at the pier.

Komodo National Park package per guest: 3D2N: IDR 650,000 per foreign guest, IDR 350,000 per Indonesian guest; 4D3N: IDR 750,000 per foreign guest, IDR 350,000 per Indonesian guest. It includes the government entrance ticket, the ranger fee and local levies.
A date Navila cannot keep: what we do
Occasionally a boat cannot sail on a date it has sold. Should that happen to you, we offer a boat of the same class or higher, sailing on your original date at no extra cost. If that does not suit your party, every rupiah you paid is returned, normally within 2 × 24 hours once the refund conditions are met.
This is a condition of every booking, not a goodwill gesture. You will hear it from us first, with the replacement boat named, and the decision is yours.
Weather is another matter. Whether a route sails and where the boat anchors is decided by the captain and the harbour authority, and tide or wind can reorder the stops. A change like that is not a replacement.
Rates for 2027, and charters of five to eight days
The 2027 rates are valid from 1 January to 31 December 2027, and each one sits directly under the 2026 table for the same route above.
Keep the 2026 and 2027 prices apart when you plan a budget.
Charters of five to eight days are priced on the same rate card, in the same three party sizes, and from six days the limit is twelve guests. Tell us the route you have in mind, and we send the figure for your party with the quote.
Holding a date in three short messages
It takes three short messages to hold a date. First, you send your dates, the number in your party and the route: the full day, or two, three or four days. Add your hotel if you already have one.
Second, we reply with the price for your band, the costs that sit outside it, and a hold on the date. Third, you pay a deposit of 50 percent. The remainder is settled 30 days ahead of departure, or in cash or by card machine on the day itself.
All of it happens on WhatsApp, with one number and one bank account, shown on the invoice. If your dates are tight, say so at the start and we will check the calendar before we quote.

FAQ
What does the whole of Navila cost for my party?
It depends on the route and on your party's band, and the tables at the top of this page give every combination for 2026 and 2027. Send your head count and dates, and we reply with the one figure that applies, written beside the park package and any extras you ask for.
What is included in a charter, and what is not?
Included: the Labuan Bajo transfer, the boat and its crew of six, the cabins, three meals a day, towels, life jackets, snorkelling sets, and coffee, tea, water, snacks and fruit. The park package, flights, hotels, the drone permit, insurance, alcohol and tips are not included. On a charter, the guide and the documentation are priced separately.
Can we use every cabin on a private charter?
Yes. All six cabins are yours, with no cabin surcharge. Standard beds take twelve guests, and a thirteenth and fourteenth can join at the extra-guest fee, sleeping in a Master cabin. Every cabin has one double bed, so ask us before booking if anyone needs separate beds.
What if Navila is replaced or cancelled by the operator?
We move you to a boat of the same class or higher, sailing on your original date at no extra cost. If that does not suit you, your money comes back in full, normally within 2 × 24 hours once the refund conditions are met. We name the replacement as soon as the change is known, and you decide before paying anything further.
Is IDR 73,000,000 (≈ USD 4,479) the all-in price, or are there extras?
It is the all-in price for the boat, rounded. The park package, the guide and documentation, drinks, tips, flights and hotels come on top. There is 3 percent extra on a card link and 7.2 percent on PayPal. If a cost you expected is missing from the list, ask us.
