VVIP is our class for Navila, and this is what it holds
Updated 3 November 2026
A Labuan Bajo VVIP private phinisi is a class label, and on Navila it stands for facts: a crew of six, six en-suite cabins, a jacuzzi and an indoor dining room. For three days, the whole boat for nine to twelve guests costs IDR 82,000,000 (≈ USD 5,031); a Master cabin seat costs IDR 8,100,000 (≈ USD 497).
VVIP is our own class label: here is what it points to
VVIP is our class for Navila: six crew, six en-suite cabins, a jacuzzi and an indoor dining room. It is our own label, not a star rating, and it places the boat within the range of voyages we arrange.
Behind the label are a handful of plain facts. Six crew answer to a cruise director. No cabin is without a bathroom of its own. There is a jacuzzi on deck, and an indoor dining room where the whole party sits at one table. Karaoke and a home theatre fill the evenings, and a paddleboard is there by day.
Numbers rather than adjectives. Twelve guests sleep on standard beds, fourteen with the extra-guest fee, which gives about one crew member to every two guests on a boat of 28 m. That ratio is why the label fits.
On Navila, luxury is a list you can check line by line, and the specification table below gives it in full.
| Length | 28 m |
|---|---|
| Beam | 5.5 m |
| Cruising speed | 8-11 kn |
| Engine | 6D22 |
| Generator | 22.5 kVA generator and a silent genset |
| Fresh water | 6000 L |
| Tender | Dinghy for 16 persons (1.3 m x 6 m) |
| Crew | 6 |
| Safety equipment | life jackets, life buoys, fire extinguishers |

Six rooms that carry the label on facts alone
Each of the six rooms is described by what it contains. Every cabin has one double bed, a bathroom with a hot shower, air conditioning and a safety box, and every cabin faces the sea. The two Masters add a wide window and room for one extra guest.
Six bathrooms for twelve guests is the simplest fact on board. Nobody queues, and a party of couples has six doors that close.
Every cabin looks out to sea through its own window, and every one keeps its bathroom inside the cabin.
The cabins page shows all six with their photographs.
The private voyage, quoted for your numbers
Charter privately and Navila is entirely yours, at a price set by your party's band. For three days and two nights, one to four guests pay IDR 73,000,000 (≈ USD 4,479), five to eight pay IDR 77,000,000 (≈ USD 4,724), and nine to twelve pay IDR 82,000,000 (≈ USD 5,031).
Twelve guests sharing the top band pay IDR 6,830,000 (≈ USD 419) each; six sharing the middle band pay IDR 12,830,000 (≈ USD 787) each. Because the price is for the boat and not per head, each extra guest within a band brings everyone's share down.
Fourteen guests are possible with the extra-guest fee, the two extra sleeping in the Master cabins. Larger parties need a second boat. The four-day and full-day prices are on the charter page.
A charter price does not include a guide or photographs and film of the trip; we quote both separately, on request.
For a party like this, we plan the three days around the deck. Day one: you are met at 09:00 to 09:30, board between 10:00 and 11:00, and reach Kalong at sunset. On day two you climb Padar for sunrise, then visit Komodo Island and Manta Point. Day three brings a snorkel at Kanawa and the harbour between 12:00 and 13:00.

What the crew will do, listed ahead of time
Here is what the crew takes care of, set out in advance so nobody needs to ask. Arranged before you arrive:
- A car in Labuan Bajo between hotel or airport and the pier, both ways.
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner in the indoor dining room.
- Coffee, tea and water at any hour, with snacks and fruit between meals.
- Towels, life jackets and snorkelling sets.
- The cruise director, who leads each day.
- On request: a guide, and photographs or film of the trip, quoted before anything is added.
Surprises such as flowers or a dinner on the sand are arranged only after a written quote, and we add nothing you have not agreed to.
The crew is the boat's own, and it plans each day around the captain's reading of the weather. Nothing is staged. A tray arrives, a towel is folded, the landing is ready at the right hour, and the cruise director does not mention any of it.
Promises the label does not make
VVIP is our class label, not a star rating. The class covers six crew, six en-suite cabins, a jacuzzi on deck and an indoor dining room; cabin size and deck position, the jacuzzi's heating and hours, and Starlink speed are not part of it.
Wildlife sightings and the route are not part of it either: the captain and the weather decide the stops and the anchorage. Each cabin is fitted with a single double bed; guests wanting twin beds should ask us before booking. If something that matters to you is missing from this page, ask us and we answer in writing.
Amounts for both Master cabins, and for all six
On the open trip, two couples could take both Master cabins. Each Master seat costs IDR 8,100,000 (≈ USD 497) per person, so a couple in one Master cabin pays for two seats, and the two couples together pay for four. Open-trip seats include the guide and documentation; the park package is extra.
The whole boat for nine to twelve guests costs IDR 82,000,000 (≈ USD 5,031), or IDR 8,200,000 (≈ USD 503) each for a party of ten. The two do not compare neatly, because guide and documentation come with an open-trip seat and are absent from a charter. Weigh the privacy alongside the price.
Were all six cabins sold on the open trip, you would be sharing the boat with other guests, which is not the voyage this label describes.
The host's note. Tell us which cabin you prefer in your first message. The cabin list is drawn up from those requests, and an early one is easy to honour.

FAQ
Which cabin should two guests choose for the widest view?
A Master cabin. It has a wide window onto the sea, a double bed, an en-suite hot shower, air conditioning and a safety box. On the open trip, Master 1 and Master 2 sell as two seats each; on a charter both come with the whole boat. The Private cabins have an ocean-view window and the same fittings.
Who sleeps where when a private party of twelve takes the whole boat?
Twelve guests fill the six cabins, two to each, on standard beds, and every cabin has a double bed and its own bathroom. A thirteenth and fourteenth guest can sleep in the two Master cabins at the extra-guest fee. Send us your cabin plan in your first message.
Can two couples take the two Master cabins on the open trip?
Yes, as long as both cabins are free on your date. Each Master cabin is sold as two seats at IDR 8,100,000 (≈ USD 497) per person, all-in for 2026, and we confirm them on WhatsApp before payment. Alternatively, two couples can charter the whole boat in the one-to-four band.
